DORS IDC series
Variant 1
The front door panels of individual safes and decorative elements of the modules made of the matt polished stainless steel. Due to the high durability and mechanical stability, this coating provides the presentable appearance during continuous operation.
Variant 2
The durable powder-polymer paint is applied to the front door panels of the individual safes and decorative elements of the modules. The standard color is metal grey RAL 9007.
As agreed with the client, the front door panels and decorative elements can be painted any color to correspond to corporate style or interior design of the vault.
Safe-deposit boxes’ numbers are engraved by laser on special decorative stainless steel inserts. It prevents numbers from erasing when cleaning the surface. If required, the client’s logo can be engraved on the decorative inserts with safe numbers.
DORS IDC modules are manufactured from high-quality steel covered by wear-resistant paint and gloss coating. Standard color for module frame is grey RAL 7012.
There are two kinds of the DORS IDC styling:
The styiling
DORS IDC is intended for use in banks, hotels and sports centers where customers have a demand for the storage of their values.DORS IDC is the system of safe-deposit boxes with a module-based architecture. The system includes a wide range of safe-deposit box modules, as well as optional decorative and functional element.
Electronic access control system
Safe-deposit box is equipped with electromechanical lock.
Each DORS IDC module is supplied with the control unit, control and power cables.
The licensed software of electronic access control system ProIDC provided by DORS is installed on operator’s PC.
After personality identification of the customer operator unlocks the box remotely from the PC. Then a customer arrives at the vault and opens the safe with the customer’s key.
The door is automatically blocked when the customer locks a safe.
Due to the construction of the electromechanical lock of DORS IDC system, it is impossible to take out the customer key if the door is open.
While attempting to insert and turn a bank’s or customer’s key in a blocked safe, the alarm message accompanied with audio signal is displayed on the operator’s PC.
Report on unauthorized access can be duplicated to the bank security service, when using the apropriate ProIDC configuration.
In case of power failure the electromechanical lock can be used in mode of a conventional mechanical dual-key access.

DORS IDC modules model range
The bank’s key and the customer’s key should be sequentially used for opening a safe-deposit box.
Due to the construction of the mechanical lock of DORS IDC system, it is impossible to take out the customer’s key if the door is open.
The bank’s key unlocks only the single safe-deposit box, not a whole column. It is highly important to prevent unauthorized access to other safes of this module. To lock a safe-deposit box only the customer’s key should be used.
Mechanical dual-key access system
Regardless the access control, each system is normally supplied with two bank’s keys (master keys). As agreed, the number of bank’s key duplicates can be increased.

Safe-deposit boxes equipment
Each safe-deposit box can be equipped with a customer’s plastic case of adequate size, if required.

Due to the construction of the cases, it is possible to work with their content without full withdrawing from the safe-deposit box.

If necessary, the case can be easily sealed by the holder of the safe-deposit box.

Depending on chosen access system, all safe-deposit boxes DORS IDC are equipped with highly burglar-resistant mechanical or electromechanical dual-key locks by Steinbach & Vollmann GmbH (STUV, Germany).

Due to the construction of the hinges, the safe door can be replaced easily and quickly, if necessary. It is not required to dismantle and disassemble the whole module.
